Locums Anesthesiologist | Troy, New YorkAssignment Details
  • Start: ASAP (as soon as credentialed)
  • Coverage: Full-time
  • Open Positions: 2
  • Practice Setting: Hospital-based
  • Reason for Need: Open slot
Schedule & Call
  • Shifts: Mix of 8s / 10s / 12s
  • Night Call: 7p7a
  • Weekend Call: 7a7a beeper call
  • Supervision: Both own cases + CRNA supervision
    • MD:CRNA Ratio: 1:34
    • Daily mix of independent cases and supervision
Clinical Scope
  • Operating Rooms: 8
  • Patient Population: Primarily geriatric; adults; peds limited to dental & eye cases
  • Case Mix:
    • Orthopedics
    • Urology
    • Ophthalmology
    • Endoscopy
Required Procedures
  • Spinal anesthesia
  • Epidural anesthesia
  • Regional anesthesia
Licenses & CertificationsRequired
  • Board Certified Anesthesiologist
  • Active New York License at submission
  • BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Must live > 60 miles away from Troy, NY
