• Level II Trauma Center

• Outpatient clinic

• Hospital rounding

• EP procedures

• EP Lab: ~24 days per week depending on weekly need

• Procedures include:

  • EP studies

  • Catheter ablations

  • Cardioversion

  • Implantable cardiac device placements

  • Syncope evaluations

  • Remote monitoring devices

  • Genetic testing

• Board Certified in Cardiology Electrophysiology

• Active Ohio License Required

• IMLC Accepted (Must have clean background)

• ACLS & BLS Required

• DEA & Ohio CSR Required

• EMR: Epic

• Local providers preferred
