14 days per month
7-on / 7-off rotation
Inpatient / hospital setting

Position Overview:This locums gastroenterology role provides consistent inpatient coverage while the facility recruits a full-time GI. The position includes inpatient consultations, ED call, and performance of ERCP and routine endoscopy. Candidates must be comfortable working in a high-volume setting with both admissions and procedures.Daily Breakdown / Responsibilities:

Duties: Bread and butter inpatient GI, ED call, consultations, ERCP
Required procedures: ERCP and routine endoscopy
Admissions per night: ~10
Patients per day: 1020

Board Certification Required
Kentucky License Required
ACLS and DEA Required
Clean malpractice Required
