The role is 100% adult, managing roughly 15 patients per day in a 185-bed facility, handling 24 admissions and 24 discharges, occasionally supervising APPs or residents, and requiring a clean file, board certification (IM or FM), BLS/ACLS, and competency in non-invasive ventilation and preferred bedside procedures such as LP, paracentesis, and thoracentesis.
