A Federally Qualified Health Center, Outpatient Practice is seeking family medicine coverage.

The facility is located in Santa Maria, CA.

This is a full-time outpatient primary care position, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., averaging 40 hours per week. The provider will see 20-23 patients per day, offering typical primary care services such as wellness and sick visits, physicals, checkups, and chronic care management.
