Locums Primary Care Physician Ferndale, CAAssignment Details
  • Start Date: February 23, 2025
  • Duration: Ongoing
  • Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
  • Call: None
  • Patients per Day: 1618 (minimum 18 PPD)
  • Patient Mix: Pediatrics and Adults (Family Practice considered)
    • Preference: able to see infants
    • Minimum: must see age 12+
  • Chronic Pain Management: Included
  • Chart Closure: Within 72 hours
  • EMR: Epic
Licenses & Certifications
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) Required
  • Active California Medical License Required
  • Active DEA Required prior to start
  • BLS Certification Required
  • Accepts MD or DO
