Locums Family Medicine PhysicianLocation: John Day, OregonWilling to LicenseIMLC AcceptedClinical Role
- Start Date: 01/26/2026

- Family Practice Physician role with OB experience preferred (OB and/or Surgical OB experience preferred)
- Schedule: 10-hour days, Monday-Friday preferred for coverage flexibility
- Patient population: All ages
- Womens health experience required
- Typical patients scheduled per day: 16-18
- EMR system: Cerner CommunityWorks
- Other providers/APPs onsite: MDs, DOs, NPs
- Call responsibilities: OB Call 1:3
- Procedures expected:
- OB deliveries, suturing, joint injections, pap smears
- IUD insertion/removal, Nexplanons, toenail removals
- Excisions/Biopsies, Colposcopies, Casting/Splinting
- Womens health scope: Preferably prenatal care, deliveries, and outpatient OB/GYN care
- Assignment length: 6 months to 1 year, with potential extensionLicensing & Certifications
- Oregon medical license and DEA preferred at submission time (willing to license)
- IMLC Accepted
- Required certifications:
- ACLS
- NRP
- For OB: Demonstrated current competence and evidence of at least 10 deliveries in the past 24 months
- For C-Section: Demonstrated competence and successful completion of 30 cesarean births
