• 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday -- 2 weeks per month
• 10 - 15 patient encounters per shift with 0 - 5 phone consults
• Outpatient clinic setting with 5% inpatient work
• Three exam rooms with dedicated RN and triage nurse support
• Phone-based call coverage 1:2 rotation with minimal calls
• 60-minute new patient consults, 30-minute follow-ups
• Medical oncology and hematology consultative practice -- no procedures
• Comprehensive nursing assessments performed before visits
