• 24-hour call shifts -- 5-7 shifts per month
• Census: 1-5 well babies, 0-5 NICU babies, occasional pediatric patient
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
• Required procedures: UVC/UAC placement, LP, neonatal needle decompression
• ED and anesthesia support for complex pediatric procedures
• Ongoing coverage potential
