• Monday - Friday 8am - 430pm schedule
• 8 - 14 patients per day
• Adult outpatient primary care setting
• Chronic disease management and acute care
• 6 - 12 months assignment duration
• Minor procedures including wound care and musculoskeletal treatments
• No hospital privileges required
• Board certification required
