• Monday - Friday schedule: 8:30 am - 5 pm, Wednesdays 10:30 am - 7:30 pm
• 18 - 21 adult patients scheduled daily with 20% no-show rate
• Outpatient primary care setting
• Board certified/eligible family practice opportunity
• ACLS certification required
