Schedule:

Monday: 8:30 AM 7:00 PM

TuesdayThursday: 8:30 AM 5:00 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM 1:30 PM

Patient Volume: 16+ patients per day

Team:

Work with 2 physicians (each present 2 days/week) and 1 Nurse Practitioner

Supervision of APPs required

Call: Yes 12 weekends per year

• Setting: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)

• Type: Non-profit organization

• Loan Repayment: Eligible for NHSC, PSLF, and SLRP

Vacation

• Years 14: 3 weeks, accrued per pay period

• Year 5+: 3 weeks + 1 day/year, max 4 weeks

Pension

• Employer contributes 5% of annual salary (non-contributory)

• 1 paid day/month (max 120 days, not paid out at termination)

CME

• Year 1: $1,500 + 3 paid days

• Year 2: $1,800 + 4 paid days
