Facility Tool: Uses MD Coder for efficient, compliant charge entry and billing code support

Medical Director Base Salary (Full-time): $200,000 (guaranteed)

Staff Physician Base Salary (Full-time): $180,000 (guaranteed)

Bonus Structure:

• Once threshold is met, provider receives 70% of billings

• Full-time physicians typically earn $230,000 to $425,000+ (salary + production bonus)

Employment Type:

• W2 for full-time

• 1099 available for part-time directly through hiring entity
