• 24-hour shifts from 7am - 7am with weeknight and weekend call
• 8 - 12 daily patients with 4 - 6 callbacks per shift
• Hospital-based inpatient coverage
• Hospitalist team handles admissions -- consults only
• Required skills: dialysis oversight and temporary access placement
• Preferred skill: pheresis
• Three weeks of coverage per month
• No new admissions -- consultative service only
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
