• Monday through Thursday schedule, 9am - 2pm
• 15 - 20 patients per day -- adults only
• Pain management focused primary care practice
• Specializes in post-surgical and chronic pain patients
• Medication management and routine diagnostic protocols required
• Hospital privileges required
• Board certification or eligibility required
• ACLS certification required
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
