• Monday - Thursday 12-hour shifts, Friday - Sunday 24-hour call
• Approximately 19 patients per day
• Inpatient setting with telestroke services
• Neurohospitalist service manages admissions post-telestroke
• Stroke coverage during day, general neurology call overnight weekends
• Lumbar punctures required -- EEG reading expertise beneficial
