Join a team of 4 Gastroenterologists and 4 APPs in an Indiana metro area with higher than average compensation and paid call.

The Practice:

• Hospital-employed practice
• Outpatient practice
• Member of the Cleveland Clinic Group
• Group has been in practice for over 30 years with strong physician longevity
• Join a team of 4 other GIs and 4 APPs
• The clinic is on the hospital campus
• Clinic has 12 patient rooms to accommodate their high volume
• Endoscopy center is located inside the hospital with 3 endoscopy suites
• Typical schedule includes 2 partial days per week in the office
• Average number of scopes per day is about 12
• Manageable paid call schedule with locums and PRNs taking first call (1:3 call with compensation)
• Large referral base from a large regional healthcare system
• Much higher than average compensation with a 2-year guarantee, plus quality bonus, call compensation and high signing bonus
