Average Patients seen: 50% Leadership Administration, 50% office-based, outpatient Primary Care
Call Schedule: Averages 2 weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 5-6 weeks, phone call only with nurse triage

Compensation: Guaranteed base salary and executive incentive plan,
