• Blue Team schedule: 8:30am - 2pm Monday through Sunday (38.5 hours/week)
• Average 15 patients per physician per day
• Level IV NICU facility
• Night call from home 5pm - 8am with 50% callback chance
• Must attend for patients <28 weeks premature and critical cases
• NRP certification and Level IV NICU experience required
• Neonatal resuscitation procedures required
• Transfers accepted from lower level facilities
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
