Compensation: - $120 to $160/hr- $10,000 Sign-on Bonus & Relocation package available (Will be prorated for PT)- Productivity Bonus as well (Will be prorated for PT)

Initial assessment and patients will then be passed onto the LCSW team, next visits will be for follow-up and prescription refills.
