Hospital employed practice opportunity to be part of a cutting-edge, multidisciplinary cancer center. Will work in a high-touch, high-tech environment that ranks among the top 10% nationally for patient experience.

ROLE

'80% outpatient 25 pts/day) / 20% inpatient (Inpatient rounding avg 5'10 pts/day)

' Scope: Full-scope Hematology/Oncology (70% solid tumor / 30% Hematology)

' Join 3 Hem/Onc physicians, 1 full-time Hematologist

' Schedule: Shared call; no weekends

' Team: Dedicated MA and clinic RN per provider + 2 inpatient NPs

' Breast health center and supportive services onsite +Peer-to-peer MD Anderson curbside consult access

' Radiation oncology with Elekta Versa HD, Brainlab/Exactrac, Xofigo & Brachytherapy

' 26-bed inpatient oncology unit
' Outpatient infusion therapy center

PACKAGE

' Salary: $525,000'$625,000 (guaranteed first 2 years) + Productivity

' $50,000 sign-on bonus + Loan repay/stipend + $15k Relocation
