• Daily Hours: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

• Call Hours: 3:00 PM 7:00 AM

• Call Schedule:

  • Site 1: OR + OB call

  • Site 2: OR call only

• Call Response Time: 20 minutes

• Supervision: Minimal MDs onsite, little to no supervision

• Daily Staffing: 1 MD / 1 CRNA per site

• Facilities:

  • Site 1: 3 ORs

  • Site 2: 2 ORs

• Site 1: Endo, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Ortho

• Site 2: Endo, Pediatrics, Urology, Trauma, Ophthalmology, General Surgery, GYN, Ortho

• Skills Required: Must be proficient in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Caselogs Required: Yes documentation for spinals, blocks, epidurals

• Timeframe: 120 days

• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS must be AHA certified

• Licensure: Compact license accepted

• Malpractice: A-rated coverage included
