• Call Schedule: At least once a week, call from home

• Supervision: None independent MD practice

• Daily Staffing: 12 MDs and 6 CRNAs

• Facilities:

  • 6 ORs

  • 2 Endoscopy Rooms

  • 1 Cath Lab

  • 1 IR Suite

  • EMR System: EPIC

• General Surgery

• Orthopedics (mostly spine)

• Urology

• Ophthalmology

• GYN

• ENT

• Podiatry

• OB (heavy volume)

• Limited dental and peds dental

• Skills Required: Spinals, blocks, epidurals proficiency mandatory

• Caselogs: Required proof of spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Credentialing Timeframe: 3060 days (expedited for emergencies)

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS AHA required

• Licensure: Compact license accepted
