We have a rewarding opportunity for a forward-thinking Family Medicine Physician (or IM/Ped) to join an advanced primary care clinic in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin (Greater Milwaukee Area). 

You will provide primary care, chronic disease management, and promote health & wellness principles at an employer-sponsored clinic. Here you will enjoy a fantastic quality of life while making a real difference in patients’ lives. 

Highlights:

•  Manage only 9-12 patients per day
•  Spend more time doing what you best: taking care of patients
•  No weekends
•  Substantially fewer administrative and insurance-related tasks
•  Focus on outcomes and not production
•  No Medicare or Medicaid patients, only members of the employer health plan
•  $250,000 - $280,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus outcomes-based bonus

 Qualifications:

• BC/BE in family medicine or IM/peds
• Minimum of 2 years of practice experience preferred
