- Hours:4 day work week: 2-3 days in clinic, with the 4th ER coverage
- Employed
- New Graduates
- Average Patients seen: 10-15 in outpatient clinic
- Call Schedule: Weekend call currently rotating between 5 (soon to be 6) providers
- Loan Repayment
- Sign-On Bonus: $30000
- Compensation: Base salary between $280,000 and $320,000 + $30,000 sign-on and $10,000 for relocation
- Benefits: - $10,000 relocation- 5 weeks PTO- $4,000 + 5 days/yr for CME- 401(k) with employer matching contribution- Health, dental, and vision insurance- Life insurance- FSA
- Additional Info: Philip Health Services is seeking a family physician to join their team of 6 providers.This role is traditional rural medicine and will spend time in a variety of areas on campus including the outpatient clinic, hospital, assisted living center, and ER.
