• Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM

• Call Hours: 3:00 PM 7:00 AM

• Call Schedule: If working a full week, call is required

• Call Response Time: 30 minutes

• Supervision: Independent practice no supervision required

• Daily Staffing: 1 MD / 2 CRNAs

• Facilities:

• 3 ORs

• 2 Endoscopy Rooms

• EMR: EPIC

• Specialties: Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Podiatry, ENT, and OB

• OB Details:

• ~250 deliveries per year

• VBACs performed

• No high-risk OB

• C-sections performed in Main OR

• Skills Required: Proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals

• Caselogs Required: Yes documentation of proficiency in epidurals, spinals, and blocks

  Credentialing and Requirements

• Credentialing Timeframe: 6090 days (temps available with clean background/malpractice and active, unrestricted license)

• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP must be AHA certified

• Licensure: Compact license accepted

• Malpractice: A-rated coverage provided

• Payments: Weekly direct deposit
