Clinical Role:
- Full-time negotiable schedule
- On call 3-4 days per month
- Clinic Practice Setting
- 10 Mid-Levels Providing Coverage throughout the Organization
- 2-3 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
- Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric, Pediatric, and Newborn
- Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator, Airway, IV Supplies, Etc
- Lab onsite
- X-Ray onsite
- EMR - EPIC
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
- Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
- Not accepting Locums submissions
- Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
- Accepting upcoming 2025 graduates

Organization:
- Salary range: $240,000-$375,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview)
- 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
- Sign on bonus - negotiable
