• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• 7 on / 7 off, pager call only
• ABLS, ACLS, BLS and PALS required
• Average of 500 deliveries per year, average of 0 - 5 admissions, and 0 - 10 patients per day
• Low-risk pregnancy, high-risk pregnancy, routine delivery and complicated delivery
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
