Locums Milford, Connecticut, Primary Care Opening

Clinical Role:

- Outpatient primary care clinic
- 3 departed providers in the practice and new provider not starting until September
- Need clinic coverage to assist in seeing patients until new providers start
- Hours: M-F 40 hour work week 4- 8 hours days, 1- 4 hour day
- No call expected
- Patients per day: 18-20
- Support staff: One nurse/ 2 front desk/ in the process of hiring a MA
- Ages and Types of patients: Adults age 18 and up. Wide range of comorbidities DM/HTN/CHF illness/injury etc
- Appointment Types: Chronic and acute follow ups, physicals, TOCs, Pre ops
- Appointments range in length 15/30 minute appointment types., occasional 45 minutes
