- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift Details: Monday Friday
- 7:00am-5:30pm Cath Lab at the Hospital except for the below days:
- Every Wednesday 8:00am -5:00pm In- Office Clinic
- Every 2nd Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm Telemedicine Clinic
- Every 4th Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm In-Office Clinic (First Patient at 9:00am)
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time until they find a permanent provider
- Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients
- Patient Population/Age: adult
- Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances
- EMR: Cerner
- Hospital Bed size: 268
- Practice Setting: Hospital In Office Clinic
- BC or BE Required
- Active AZ License (will look at IMLC)
- DEA: AZ Registered
- ACLS Required
- Minimum Experience Required 1 Year
