Locums Flagstaff, Arizona, Cardiac Electrophysiology Opening (IMLC Accepted)

      • Sept 30-Oct 4
      • Oct 14-18
      • Oct 21-25
      • Nov 4-8
      • Nov 11-15
      • Dec 9-13
      • Dec 23-27
    • Contract Length: 13 weeks
    • Shift Details: Monday Friday
    • 7:00am-5:30pm Cath Lab at the Hospital except for the below days:
    • Every Wednesday 8:00am -5:00pm In- Office Clinic
    • Every 2nd Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm Telemedicine Clinic
    • Every 4th Friday of the month 8:00am -5:00pm In-Office Clinic (First Patient at 9:00am)
    • Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time until they find a permanent provider
    • Patients per day: Clinic 20-22 patients
    • Patient Population/Age: adult
    • Department Description: Cath Lab will be hospital consults 3-4 per day, plus EP cases 4-6 a day depending on case length. cardiac electrophysiology; specifically, heart rhythm disturbances
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Hospital Bed size: 268
    • Practice Setting: Hospital In Office Clinic
    • BC or BE Required
    • Active AZ License (will look at IMLC)
    • DEA: AZ Registered
    • ACLS Required
    • Minimum Experience Required 1 Year
