• BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Full-time/Part-time openings available, hours of operation 8-5
• Optional call, not mandatory
• 100% out-patient
• FM- will see all ages/ IM- will see ages 18+
• Average 20 PPD
• Hybrid model requires you to be onsite one week per quarter and the first two weeks of employment
• Must live in CA
