• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, Weekend call
• ACLS required
• 10 - 12 anesthesia lines per day
• General, OB, endo, bariatrics, total joints, regional blocks & peds block preferred but not required
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
