Job Description

We are seeking a Board-certified or Board-eligible Gastroenterologist ready to make a positive impact in our community. This Kentucky city offers residents a lifestyle supplemented by the charm of southern living. 

Requirements:

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology
• Current BLS and DEA certifications
• Licensed to practice in Kentucky or eligible for licensing through the IMLC

Work Schedule:

• Flexible weekday scheduling 
• On-call responsibilities during night hours
• Support staff includes RNs, NPs, and MAs

Practice Setting:

• 107-bed hospital providing a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient services
• Practice at a mission-driven facility with exceptional resources and highly trained support staff

Cases & Procedures:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, including colonoscopies, endoscopies, ERCP, and capsule endoscopies.
• Manage patient rounds, consultations, scheduled procedures, and emergency calls
