• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Days, Flexible
• Need 1 day in a month (prefer Fridays but can be flexible) ideally would like a 12 month commitment
• 12 patients per day
• Biopsies, excisions, cryosurgery, electrodessication
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
