Locums Ashland, Kentucky, Emergency Medicine Opening (IMLC Accepted)

- Length of need: 6+ months
- Shift description: 12 hours shifts, 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 2p-2a, 7p-7a
- Weekend Requirements
- New ED with 75 exam rooms under construction and opening late 2024-25
- 24-hour Cath Lab
- Scribes work alongside physicians
- Additional 10-bed overflow unit
- No Call
- EMR- Epic
- ED Volume- 65,000
- Specialty Back Up: All specialty backup available, except for Ophthalmology, OMFS, and hand surgery
- MUST be open to working days and nights including weekends. The site is adding an additional shift and currently down 1 FTE nocturnist.
- 52 ER Beds (49 main ED, 2 Trauma, 1 Psych)
- Must be BC/BE in Emergency Medicine
- Residency requirements- EM residency required
- ATLS, BLS, PALS Required
- Must have active KY license and DEA
- Will accept providers with IMLC licenses that have Letter of Qualification
