Requirements & Credentials:

• Board-certified or eligible Hematologist/Oncologist 
• BLS and DEA certifications required 
• Wisconsin license or IMLC accepted

Schedule:

• Assignment begins in end of July with ongoing coverage needed

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient setting, supported by a collaborative team of experienced support staff
• Work alongside a diverse and highly trained support staff committed to providing quality patient care

Cases and Procedures:

• Average adult patient volume consists of 14-16 PPD
