• Setting: FQHC,100% outpatient
• Specialty: Family / Internal Medicine, HIV experience
• Hours: Monday through Friday, standard business hours

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Medicine in the State of NY
• Board Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
