- Any state license is accepted
- ASAP-ongoing
- 12 hour day or night shifts available
- 10-12 patients per day
- Flexible scheduling options
- Required: ATLS, ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Must be emergency medicine residency trained
- Provide care to an Indian Health Service facility
- Rural and underserved community
- Northeast Arizona location
- Credentialing takes 2-3 months
