- Monday Wednesday 9:00 am 5:00 pm, Thursday 1:00 pm 6:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am 4:00 pm
- Patient Census 20-30
- See ages 30+
- Call required every other week
- Rounding at local hospital daily
- Affiliated with 1 local hospital
- Credentialing can be completed in 3 month
- EMR: All Scripts
