Outpatient practice in northwestern Indiana is looking for a Family Practice Physician.
- An hour outside of Chicago and on Lake Michigan
- Multiple locations throughout NW Indiana available
- Will work in a well established clinic and organization
- Must be board certified in Family Practice
- Mon-Fri with shared call
- Open to 4/10's or 5/8's
- This is general outpatient duties seeing all ages
