Seeking a full-time/part-time Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with interest and experience in Geriatric Medicine to join a team of well-established providers at Providence ElderPlace PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) in Everett, WA. You'll be part of a growing program that delivers comprehensive care and services to elderly patients under the PACE model, which is designed to help keep older adults as healthy as possible. • Predominantly outpatient with some care in nursing homes and patients homes
• Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m and some on-call coverage
• Geriatric Medicine and/or palliative and Hospice Medicine fellowship or 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.
• Compensation is $127.50 per hour or $265,200 per year.
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
