A healthcare system in Hartford County is actively seeking a patient-oriented and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join their growing staff.
About the Opportunity

• Location: Hartford County, CT
• Specialty: Psych NP, 100% outpatient
• Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:
The Psychiatric NP will:

• Complete structured clinical interview with all new patients
• Provide comprehensive psychiatric care, including medication, medication review and therapy
• Document all patient care in electronic medical record
• Participate in CQI projects
• Provide consultation to primary care providers
• Handle other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice in the State of Connecticut
• Board Eligible / Certified Psych NP
