Well respected Group in Northwest Indiana has an opening for an Immediate Care Physician!

  • Located in Northwest Indiana.
  • Immediate Care Hours - Monday ' Sunday ' 8am ' 8pm.
  • Approx. 20 patients per day (depending on location).
  • 100% outpatient (may have options for IP).
  • New grads will be considered.
  • Salary - Benefits - Sign on relocation.
  • Loan repay through HRSA.
  • EMR - Epic.
