• 70% Solid tumors
• 16-20 patients per day, average
• 10-Chair infusion center, onsite
• Support line triages most afterhours call
• 1:4-1:5 weekend rounding
• >75th MGMA = Salary + Production + Quality Metrics
• $100,000 Sign-on
