Join an FQHC in Pennsylvania and deliver quality patient care in a small-town setting, conveniently located near the shores of Lake Erie. As a Family Practice Physician with 2+ years of outpatient primary care experience, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of our community. 

Schedule:

• Tuesday - Friday; 8 am - 5 pm, start as soon as credentialed
• No call, no nights, no weekends
• Commit to a 3-6 month assignment with the option to extend, providing you with the flexibility to explore and grow within our practice

Practice Setting:

• Join our outpatient clinic environment focused on providing comprehensive primary care services to our patient population
• An average volume of 2 patients per hour
• Receive support from a designated Medical Assistant and LPNs 
• Cases and procedures include primary care and chronic case management 

Location:
