* Examine, diagnosis, treat diseases and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures as well as diagnosis related systemic conditions. * Develop and revise approaches to assignments, and develops new methods/procedures to meet the needs of the patient population. * Detect and correct unusual visual deficiencies, as well as in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases and disorder of the visual system. * Perform and evaluate necessary tests. * Instruct, teach, and guide student optometric interns in all areas of clinical optometry. Performs other duties as assigned.
