The Providence St. Joseph Heritage Medical Group is seeking a full-time Urgent Care physician to join its team in Fullerton, California. You will be part of a strong, mission-driven organization that features a well-established and collegial team consisting of six physicians, one nurse practitioner, and four physician assistants. Additionally, this role involves three, 12-hour shifts each week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. This is a great opportunity to join one of the largest non-profit medical organizations on the West Coast while enjoying a balanced schedule that allows you to take full advantage of living in beautiful southern California.

• Compensation is between $238,830 and $330,915 per year
• The posted salary encompasses a starting range of total compensation, potentially inclusive of productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation tailored to the position. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits through their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation based on the aforementioned factors
