Requirements:

• Current license as a physician in New York State.
• Meets all requirements for appointment/reappointment as a member of the medical staff.
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Conducts history and physical assessments based on their specialty.
• Provides care for women during prenatal, pregnancy, and childbirth.
• Performs necessary surgical procedures, such as Caesarean Sections, to ensure patients' health and safe delivery.
• Explains procedures, test results, and provides education during follow-up visits.
• Makes referrals based on patient needs.
• Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive documentation in the medical record reflecting patient care.
• Acts as a member of the medical staff, following medical staff bylaws.
• Participates in on-call and emergency coverage as directed by the OB/GYN Director.
• Must comply with and fully cooperate with the Health Center's compliance program, including standards of conduct, policies, and procedures, which will be evaluated as part of regular performance assessments.

Compensation: $350,000 - $400,000
