We are working with a Medical Center in Bakersfield, California, to recruit 2 Hospitalists for their expanding program.

Position Highlights:

• Hospitalist Faculty Position
• UCLA Academic Appointment
• 7 on/off dayshift schedule: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• 26 work weeks per year + 4 weeks accrued vacation time" additional PTO

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation package commensurate with qualification and experience, based on MGMA values.
• A new graduate's estimated annual compensation is over $300,000, with options for additional shifts.
• Minimum three years of experience estimated annual compensation is over $325,000 with options for additional shifts.
