About the Opportunity

• Oversee a team of 4 Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Call averages 1:10, with Nurse triage taking first call after 7 pm
• Employed by afinancially stable, not-for-profit community hospital that serves a population of 170k people
• 32 clinical hours

Financial Package

• Guaranteed base salary for 5 years plus RVU and quality incentives
• Sign-on bonus
• Benefits include 4 weeks PTO, 10 holidays, one week CME plus educational stipend, employer-paid pension plan fully vested at 5 years, 403(b) retirement benefit with company match, 457(B) tax-deferred compensation, health/dental/life insurance, disability, malpractice (occurrence type)
